Effective: 01 April 2026 · Pakistan-pinned, with international annexes
These Terms govern your use of the TalentStage platform operated by TalentStage Pvt. Ltd., registered in Karachi, Pakistan. By creating an account, enrolling, or booking through the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership and access
Membership is gated. We reserve the right to vet, decline, suspend or terminate any account at our discretion to protect the integrity of the roster and the safety of all parties.
2. Bookings and contracts
All engagements are contracted via TalentStage. Direct outreach to managed talent outside the platform is prohibited. Each booking generates a master agreement, riders, and milestones held in escrow until acceptance.
3. Watermarking and IP
Public previews carry a visible TalentStage watermark; gated streams carry an invisible forensic watermark binding to viewer and booking. Tampering, removal, or redistribution is a material breach.
4. Payments, escrow and fees
Funds for accepted bookings are held in segregated escrow accounts and released against milestones. Platform fees and applicable taxes are itemized in your quote.
5. Disputes
Disputes follow our published mediation/arbitration workflow with SLA-bound timers. Pakistani law governs disputes for Pakistan-resident parties; for international engagements, the contract jurisdiction governs.
